This beautiful body of water is surrounded by the villages of La Viñuela, Periana, Los Romanes and Puente Don Manuel.
To reach Lake Viñuela from the coast just follow the Zafarraya road, then branch off for Alhama de Granada when the road allows. When you turn the corner the brilliant blue colour of the lake will hit you.
There are many established English businesses now in the Viñuela area, including bars, estate agents, furniture shops, restaurants and more.
