Gambas pil-pil are peeled prawns, sizzled in clay pots with chilli, garlic and olive oil. Langostinos a la plancha are large fat prawns rolled in sea salt, grilled and squeezed with lemon. Then there are those that are deep fried and served with a mayonnaise dip, or the far simpler gambas cocidas, unpeeled and cooked for one minute in salted water.

Gibraltar
The first time I visited Gibraltar, or "Gib" if you're cool, I wasn't overly impressed. It was far too much like being back in England for my liking and overall a bit of a grot-spot. And if I saw another tobacco shop I was about to scream!
Gibraltar dominates the entrance to the Mediterranean between the southern tip of Spain and the continent of Africa. It contains some of the most extensive military fortifications in Europe, spanning over 1,200 years of Moorish, Spanish and British history.
As well as being riddled with caves Gibraltar is also riddled with semi-wild apes, which are known for snatching onlooker's hats and handbags! The cheeky monkeys.
